In 2026, he published the Arabic-Spanish Workbook – Level 1, an educational resource developed from his own experience and methodology for teaching Spanish speakers to read the Quran in Arabic from scratch. The workbook is used as part of his Arabic-Spanish teaching program.
Raúl Sánchez is a Mexican convert who converted to Islam in 2011, in a music studio in Houston, Texas.
He is a Da'i, a teacher, a student of Islamic knowledge, and a volunteer in various organizations.
Raúl participates in da'wah activities and provides support to converts, both nationally and internationally. He has established an online program of Quranic Arabic in Spanish, where more than 98 Spanish speakers from different parts of the United States, Latin America, Spain, and North Africa have learned the basics of reading the Quran.

Learn with Edgar
Mexican convert, Level 2 teacher, student of classical Arabic and collaborator in khutbas and translations, dedicated to strengthening Arabic for the Spanish-speaking community.
Edgar is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, and came to the United States as a child. He embraced Islam in 2015.
He is an Arabic teacher at ArabeEnEspañol, where he teaches Level 2, designed as a continuation of Level 1. As part of his methodology, Edgar teaches using a classical Arabic textbook that he himself studied with his teacher. After completing the book, he goes through the material again, delving deeper into the lessons and drawing on his experience to help students understand and apply what they have learned.
In his community he also teaches khutbas in Spanish and collaborates with the translation of khutbas and classical texts to make them accessible to the Spanish-speaking public.
